🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation Actively prospect and identify potential insurance customers through outbound calls, follow-ups, and referral activity.
- Customer Engagement Start meaningful conversations to build interest in State Farm products like auto, home, renters, and life insurance.
- Appointment Setting Schedule in-person or phone appointments for our licensed sales team to complete insurance consultations.
- Sales Support Collaborate with the agent and team to achieve daily and weekly lead generation goals.
- Customer Outreach You’ll engage with prospects by phone, text, email, and in person as appropriate.
- Commitment to Success Maintain high energy, professionalism, and daily focus on results.
