Katia is an Account Manager on the new customer acquisition team at Isaias Ruiz State Farm Agency. Since starting in the insurance industry in April 2022, she’s really enjoyed getting to know the people she works with and helping them navigate their insurance needs. Raised right here in Bakersfield, California from a young age, Katia feels right at home serving customers in her community and beyond. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from CSU Bakersfield, further strengthening her connection to the area she proudly calls home.
Fluent in Spanish, Katia takes pride in explaining insurance in a clear and simple way, especially for the Hispanic community all across California, Nevada, Oregon and Arizona. She finds it rewarding to help people feel confident and comfortable with their coverage.
