Role Overview As an Insurance Account Representative, your primary responsibilities will include customer relationship management, customer service, and sales activities. Your energy, marketing acumen, and dedication will be integral to our collective success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationships Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups and addressing customer needs effectively.
  • Customer Service Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing.
  • Education Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate customers about various insurance options.
  • Communication Utilize excellent communication skills to meet customer needs and promote business growth.
  • Prospecting Identify and pursue new prospective customers.
  • Policy Reviews Conduct comprehensive insurance policy reviews.
  • New Business Acquisition Drive new business acquisition through strategic marketing and sales efforts.
Qualifications
  • Customer Experience Committed to delivering a remarkable customer experience.
  • Sales Background Preferred experience in sales (inside/outside sales, retail, or telemarketing).
  • Licensing Ability to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License.
  • Marketing Goals Capable of achieving agreed-upon marketing goals.
  • Customer Needs Interested in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs.
